USER MANUAL:

Put 300-400 ml of clean water and 1 bird's nest in a porcelain bowl. Soak the bird's nest in water for 20 minutes for the oats to bloom evenly.

Add alum sugar (included separately in the box) into the bowl and then simmer for about 20-30 minutes until the oats bloom evenly, the oats are clear and have a characteristic aroma.

You can cook oats with red apples, chia seeds, goji berries, ginger... depending on your preferences.
